A true paradox that works.  A deep south traveler has met an unpretentious, yet savvy, classy presentation. The biscuits are thick and fluffy. The homemade ranch has complex flavors. For southern style food, there was no greasiness and no loss of down home taste. The yardbird of the south has never shown so well.  I sang Yankee Doodle with a southern drawl when I left.
