Everyone is welcome at Biscuit Belly. We’re committed to creating an inclusive space for our team members and our guests. You know what mama said—if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

Good Deeds
We believe a big smile and a kind word go a long way. We take Southern hospitality seriously and make sure we go the extra mile to make our guests’ days better. You never know who may need an extra dose of kindness to get through the day.
A Labor of Love
Inspired by the savory cuisine of their hometowns, former pharmacists turned restaurateurs Chad and Lauren Coulter wanted to create a space where guests could get authentic Southern flavor with flair. After growing a successful wine and tapas concept, the husband-and-wife duo turned their attention towards one of their favorite pastimes—brunch.
The Coulters enlisted the expertise of renowned executive chef Tavis Rockwell to begin building an inventive brunch menu filled with bold new twists on Southern favorites. Tavis spent three months perfecting their proprietary biscuit recipe, and you can taste this labor of love in every bite.
Making More
Than Biscuits
At the heart of our operation is human connection. We believe great food is a catalyst for community, giving people a chance to come together over a hot plate of biscuits and gravy.
From families enjoying Sunday brunch to couples on a first date, we see people share love and laughs in our restaurants every day. We think these simple pleasures are what life’s all about, and we’re proud to be the backdrop to memories in the making.
We figure we must be doing something right, because we’ve got new restaurants opening outside our hometown. If there’s not already a Biscuit Belly down the street, keep your eyes peeled. There just may be a Biscuit Belly baking near you soon.
