Yes, log in to your loyalty profile to view and redeem your available rewards and offers in the app or online. Place an order through the app or online, and redeem your rewards at checkout.

You’ll receive a Welcome Offer of Free Bonuts just for joining, along with the opportunity to start earning rewards with each purchase!

You earn 50 bonus points for each friend who joins Biscuit Belly Rewards by using your Invite Code and makes their first loyalty purchase. You can find your Invite Code in the app by tapping “More” at the bottom of the screen and selecting ‘Invite Friends’. Your points will be credited to your account after your friend places their first order. Additionally, your friend will earn 25 bonus points for using your Invite Code.

We know these deals are sweet, but only ONE reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Points expire within 365 days of the date they are earned.

No. If the reward isn’t used, it will be returned to your account after a few hours.

Open your Biscuit Belly App; your available offers will automatically populate. Swipe up to refresh, find your intended offer, and select ‘Redeem.’ A notification will appear to confirm that you’re ready to use this reward. Tap “Redeem Now” and provide this code to your cashier. Or, from your desktop, log into your account at biscuitbelly.com, select ‘Offers,’ choose the intended offer, and click ‘Redeem.’ When you redeem an offer, you have 4 hours to use it before it is returned to your account.

Our point-based reward program lets you earn free items with each Biscuit Belly visit. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent, and enjoy better rewards with each level!

Visit the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and search for Biscuit Belly to download the app. Once downloaded, tap “Skip” if you don’t have an existing account and follow the steps to create your rewards account. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent! (taxes, tip, and delivery fees not included).

To migrate your account:

1. 1. 1. Go to the App Store and download the BISCUIT BELLY app.
      2. Open the app and select MIGRATE. Fill out the form using your existing rewards account email.
      3. This will transfer your points and account details into the new app and program.
      4. Be sure to verify your account-your points, status, and rewards will not move over without this step.

When ordering in-store at the register, give the cashier the phone number associated with your rewards account or show them the code for your redeemable item in the app. Forgot to give us your number? You can add points to your account by tapping EARN in the app, then scanning the QR code on your receipt within 3 days of your purchase. The points will appear in your account within 24 hours.

Your points will be credited to your account immediately.

To change your password, make sure you're logged out of your account. Click the LOG IN button. On the LOG IN screen, enter your email, then select 'Reset Password' below the password field.

An email will be sent to your account with instructions to change your password. Click the link in the email to go to a website to reset your password. Enter your new password, then return to the Biscuit Belly Rewards app or website to log in with your new password.

*Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders for the password reset link.

While in the Biscuit Belly App, click the MORE tab, then tap PROFILE. Scroll to the bottom & select Deactivate or Delete My Account.

*A deleted account cannot be recovered.

You sure can! In the Biscuit Belly App, tap EARN, then scan the QR code on your receipt within 3 days of your purchase. The points will show up in your account within 24 hours. If your points did not appear in your account, please reach out to our team at yum@biscuitbelly.com, and we will be happy to help.

Yes, the QR code on the receipt is valid for 5 days and can only be scanned during that timeframe.
