SWEATER WEATHER LATTE
Latte with maple-flavored syrup, topped with a Biscuit Face.
PUMPKIN PRALINE LATTE
Latte with butter pecan and pumpkin syrup, whipped cream & a sprinkle of cinnamon and pralines. 🎃
Both lattes are available hot or iced so no matter what fall throws at you weather-wise, your seasonal coffee moment is covered.

We love a classic biscuit sandwich as much as anyone, and this fall we decided to do something a little different, something bold, something unexpected, and something that we are pretty confident you have never seen on a brunch menu before. Meet The Big Dipper. 🌮🍳

Biscuit grilled with Oataca cheese, topped with Birria meat and an over-easy egg. Served with a side of Consumé and 2 lime wedges.
The Big Dipper takes everything you love about a Biscuit Belly sandwich and gives it a bold upgrade. But the real magic? The consumé.
Every Big Dipper is served with a side of rich, deeply flavored consumé and two lime wedges, because this sandwich was made to be dipped. Pick it up, dip it in, and prepare yourself for one of the most satisfying bites you’ve ever had at brunch. 🤤
Birria has taken the food world by storm and for good reason — the depth of flavor, the richness of the consumé, and the tender meat create something that is truly next level. We put our own Biscuit Belly spin on it and we can’t wait for you to give it a try!
Piña Picante: The Cocktail That Changes Everything
If you are ordering The Big Dipper, you need a Piña Picante in your hand. The sweet pineapple and citrus of the cocktail cut right through the richness of the birria and consumé dip, cleansing your palate between every bite and making each dip taste better than the last.

The Piña Picante starts with a foundation we are incredibly proud of — Natalie’s Margarita Mix. Natalie’s is known for using only real, fresh ingredients with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or added sugars, and the difference is immediately noticeable in every sip.
We combine Natalie’s Margarita Mix with tequila and pineapple juice for a tropical base that is bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink. Then we add sliced jalapeño for a slow, building heat that sneaks up on you in the best possible way. We serve it in a Belly Salt-rimmed glass with a fresh lime wheel because presentation matters, and this drink deserves to look as good as it tastes. 🍹
